Plain-language summary: the current project-fit page does not send answers to a PageForge database. It prepares an email in your own email application. PageForge receives the details only when you choose to send that email.
What PageForge collects.
When you email PageForge, the message may include your name, email address, business or project name, likely page type, project context, current website URL, and anything else you choose to include. PageForge also receives ordinary email metadata supplied by the email services involved.
How the information is used.
Inquiry information is used to understand the requested website or landing-page project, assess project fit, respond to the inquiry, prepare a possible scope or proposal, and maintain a record of the conversation. It is not presented as a booking, accepted project, contract, or reserved start date.
Website and hosting data.
The public site is hosted through Cloudflare. Like most web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, device and browser data, request headers, security signals, and requested URLs under its own terms and privacy practices. PageForge does not currently use the project-fit page to set marketing cookies or store form answers in browser storage.
Sharing and retention.
PageForge does not sell inquiry information. Information may be processed by the email and hosting providers needed to receive messages and operate the site. Inquiry emails may be kept while the project is being considered or discussed and for reasonable business-record purposes afterward. If a project proceeds, the signed agreement and any later project systems may require a more specific privacy or data-processing arrangement.
Your choices.
You may ask PageForge to correct or delete an inquiry email where reasonably possible and subject to applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Do not send passwords, payment details, private keys, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the fit check.
