PageForge is operated by Carl James Salamida, doing business as C&G Digital Marketing, a sole proprietorship based in the Philippines.
Plain-language summary: when you submit the fit check, a Cloudflare Worker sends the information to PageForge's GoHighLevel CRM (operated by LeadConnector) so PageForge can assess the application and reply. If online submission fails, you may choose to send the same details by email instead.
What PageForge collects
The fit check asks for your name, work email, business or offer, requested service, intended audience, current asset state, materials readiness, project goal, and an optional page or brief URL. It also records whether you accepted the case-study and data-use acknowledgments, the time of acceptance, the notice version, and a submission identifier. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, private keys, medical records, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How the information is used
PageForge uses application information to assess project fit, identify missing context, respond to you, prevent duplicate processing, and maintain an inquiry record. Submitting does not accept the project, reserve a start date, or create a client relationship. Application details are not used for unrelated email or SMS marketing without a separate permission.
Where it is processed
The public site and intake endpoint use Cloudflare. The Cloudflare Worker transmits accepted submissions to PageForge's GoHighLevel CRM, operated by LeadConnector, where the details may be stored as contact fields, tags, and a submission note. If you use the email fallback, the message is also processed by the email providers involved. These providers may process ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, request headers, security signals, timestamps, and requested URLs under their own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and retention
PageForge does not sell application information. It is shared only with service providers needed to host the site, route and store the application, protect the service, and communicate with you, or when disclosure is legally required. An inquiry record may be kept while the application or project is active and afterward for reasonable operational, security, and business-record purposes. If a project proceeds, the separate written agreement may set more specific retention or processing terms.
To help prevent duplicate applications, PageForge stores a separate server-side receipt with a submission ID, a hash derived from the submitted information, delivery status, and timestamps. It does not contain the application answers themselves. A daily cleanup deletes confirmed receipts once they are at least 180 days old. Pending or uncertain receipts are kept until delivery can be checked against the CRM; confirmed receipts are then kept for 180 days from that resolution. This is separate from the application held in the CRM. You may contact PageForge about access or deletion as described below.
Your choices and rights
You may ask PageForge to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information, or object to or withdraw consent for further application processing, where applicable and subject to legal or recordkeeping obligations. Send the request from the application email address when possible so PageForge can verify the record. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing invalid, but it may prevent PageForge from continuing the application.
Security and cookies
PageForge limits the intake to ordinary business-project information and uses service-provider security controls, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. PageForge does not intentionally set marketing cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security mechanisms to protect the site.
On a fit-check form that offers “Save on this device,” that choice is optional and off by default. Turning it on stores your draft answers, current step, submission ID, and delivery status in this browser. Turn it off or clear PageForge’s site data to delete the saved draft; a confirmed submission deletes it too. After you try to submit, the tab also temporarily keeps the submission ID and delivery status, but not your answers, in session storage to help prevent a duplicate. Closing the tab or clearing site data removes that record, although your browser may restore it with the tab.
