Plain-language summary: browsing the site or preparing a fit-check email does not create a client relationship, reserve availability, confirm a scope, or bind either party to a project.
The current service.
PageForge currently presents design and copy work and accepts inquiries for websites, funnels, pitch decks, brand books, email designs, and social templates. The public site explains the general offer; it is not a self-service software platform, checkout, subscription, project-management account, or automatic website generator.
Project-fit inquiries.
The fit check helps PageForge understand the business, likely page type, and visitor decision. Sending an inquiry asks PageForge to review the context. It does not guarantee a response time, acceptance, price, schedule, availability, award, traffic result, conversion result, or other business outcome.
Project agreements.
If PageForge and a prospective client decide to proceed, the actual project must be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or contract. That document should define deliverables, responsibilities, revision and approval points, price, payment terms, schedule, platform, deployment, ownership, third-party services, cancellation, support, and any other project-specific terms. The public website does not replace that agreement.
Published work and claims.
The Living Index includes different kinds of work, including paid client work, design studies, and independent concepts. Labels describe what each object is intended to prove. Concepts and studies are not automatically client results, engineered products, or evidence of commercial performance. Visitors may not represent PageForge work as their own or reuse protected visual assets without permission.
Your information and materials.
You are responsible for providing information and materials you are permitted to share and use. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment details, regulated records, or unnecessary sensitive information through the fit check. If a project proceeds, rights and responsibilities for supplied copy, trademarks, photography, video, fonts, software, and other assets should be stated in the project agreement.
Website availability.
PageForge may update, move, or remove public pages and examples. The site is provided for information and inquiry purposes. External sites linked from the Living Index are operated under their own terms and may change independently.
Contact and review.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. These terms should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before PageForge introduces payments, stored submissions, accounts, subscriptions, standardized packages, or materially different services.
