PageForge is operated by Carl James Salamida, doing business as C&G Digital Marketing, a sole proprietorship based in the Philippines.
Plain-language summary: the fit check is an application, not a booking or acceptance. Case-study documentation and cooperation are required only if PageForge accepts the application and both sides sign the separate project agreement. A testimonial or review is voluntary after delivery. The application itself does not grant PageForge publication rights.
The current service
PageForge creates public-facing execution assets for established offers, including websites, funnels, pitch decks, copy, email designs, and social assets. Clients bring usable brand inputs. PageForge may apply or extend that direction for the project, but this offer does not include logo creation, naming, positioning, brand strategy, a complete identity system, CRM setup, workflow automation, or operating infrastructure.
Project-fit applications
The fit check asks PageForge to review the business, audience, project goal, current asset state, and readiness of the available materials. PageForge aims to send the first human response within 3 business days. That response may ask for information or say the project is not a fit; it is not a promise of qualification, acceptance, price, schedule, availability, traffic, conversion, or another business result.
The ten-project campaign
This application is for a bounded campaign of up to ten PageForge case-study projects. If an application is accepted, one clearly scoped build is provided with no build fee in exchange for required project documentation and cooperation. Documentation may cover the starting point, supplied materials, decisions made, build process, and finished work. A testimonial or review is voluntary after delivery and is not payment or a condition of acceptance, handoff, or counting the project.
Submitting this form does not itself grant permission to publish a name, logo, quote, testimonial, screenshot, result, metric, or other client material. Exact documentation, attribution, approval, correction, material-connection disclosure, and publication rights must be set out in a separate written agreement before work begins.
Acceptance and capacity
Only a written acceptance from PageForge followed by the separate signed agreement creates an accepted project. PageForge may request more information, decline, or waitlist an application. No start date is reserved by submitting. Work-in-progress limits and the ten-project total may affect when an otherwise suitable project can begin.
Separate project agreement
Every accepted project must use a separate written agreement defining the exact deliverable, responsibilities, supplied materials, two included revision rounds for the case-study build, client response and pause rules, sign-off, required case-study documentation, any optional feedback or review, schedule, deployment destination, ownership, third-party services, optional paid maintenance and hosting, cancellation, and support. Complex custom designs are not promised inside GoHighLevel. CRM, messaging, and automation remain outside the PageForge offer.
Published work and claims
The Living Index may contain paid client work, campaign case studies, design studies, and independent concepts. Labels describe what each item is intended to prove. Concepts and studies are not automatically client results or evidence of commercial performance. Any voluntarily provided testimonial or approved case-study result must reflect the client's honest experience and carry any required disclosure that the build was provided under campaign terms.
Your information and materials
You are responsible for providing information and materials you are permitted to share and use. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment details, regulated records, or unnecessary sensitive information through the fit check. If a project proceeds, rights and responsibilities for supplied copy, trademarks, photography, video, fonts, software, and other assets will be stated in the project agreement.
Website availability
PageForge may update, move, or remove public pages and examples. The site is provided for information and application purposes. External sites linked from the Living Index operate under their own terms and may change independently.
