We build business infrastructure that works. If we don't deliver on time, you don't pay. It's that simple.

The “Ship It or Refund It” Guarantee

If your complete system isn't live on your GoHighLevel account within 7 days of intake completion, you get a full refund. No questions asked.

All tiers are one-time payments. The guarantee applies to every tier.

30-Day Revision Window

Every tier includes a 30-day revision window starting from the day your system goes live. During this period, you can request changes to any part of your build at no extra cost.

  • Copy changes — headlines, body text, CTAs, email sequences
  • Design changes — colors, typography, layout adjustments, image swaps
  • Structural changes — section reordering, adding or removing sections, workflow edits

All revisions are rebuilt and redeployed to your live system. You don't need to touch any code or configuration — we handle everything.

Refund Eligibility

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Here's exactly when a refund applies and when it doesn't.

Before build starts Full refund Changed your mind before we begin? No questions asked. You get everything back.
During build (within 7-day window) Full refund If we miss the 7-day delivery deadline after your intake is complete, you receive a full refund automatically.
After delivery (system doesn't match specs) Case by case If the delivered system doesn't match your intake specifications, we'll either fix it immediately or issue a full refund — your choice.
After delivery (change of mind) Not eligible If your system is deployed, functional, and matches the intake specs, a refund isn't available because you've changed your mind about your business direction.

A note on fairness

We build real systems with real resources. The guarantee protects you from us failing to deliver. It doesn't cover situations where we deliver exactly what was agreed and you decide later that you no longer want it. We think that's fair — and most of our clients agree.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, send a single email. No phone trees, no support tickets, no runaround.

  • Email hello@pageforge.tech with the subject line “Refund Request”
  • Include your name, the email you purchased with, and a brief reason
  • We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and process the refund within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If your bank takes additional time to process, that's outside our control, but we'll provide a transaction reference so you can follow up with them directly.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. The timeline depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

You'll receive an email confirmation the moment we initiate the refund on our end.
