1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PageForge ("the Service"), operated by PageForge ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and customers who purchase any plan. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Description of Service
PageForge is an AI-powered business infrastructure builder. The Service generates and deploys the following assets from a single intake form:
- Funnel pages — landing pages, sales pages, opt-in pages, thank-you pages, and related conversion assets
- Email sequences — automated email campaigns including welcome sequences, nurture sequences, and sales follow-ups
- CRM workflows — pipeline stages, automation triggers, and contact management configurations
- Brand identity — color palettes, typography selections, visual guidelines, and logo direction
Generated assets are deployed to the customer's GoHighLevel (GHL) account via API integration. PageForge does not operate as a hosting provider; all deployed assets reside within the customer's own GHL environment.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active customers.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To use the Service, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate business information in the intake form, as this directly affects the quality of generated outputs
- Maintaining an active GoHighLevel account with appropriate permissions for API deployment
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
4. Payment Terms
PageForge offers one-time purchase plans. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees. Current pricing tiers are:
- Starter ($97) — single funnel build with core pages and email sequence
- Professional ($297) — complete business infrastructure with full funnel, emails, CRM workflows, and brand identity
- Enterprise ($997) — multi-funnel deployment with advanced automations, priority support, and extended revision window
All prices are in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change, but any price change will not affect purchases already completed.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If a payment fails or is disputed, we may suspend access to the Service until the matter is resolved.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You own all generated output. All funnels, email sequences, CRM configurations, brand assets, and other materials generated by PageForge for your account are your property. You retain full rights to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize these outputs without restriction or attribution.
Our Platform
The PageForge platform, including its underlying AI models, copywriting frameworks, wireframe systems, design templates, and software code, remains the intellectual property of PageForge. Your purchase grants you ownership of the generated outputs, not the systems that created them.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models, prompt architectures, or copywriting frameworks used by the Service.
Intake Content
Any business information, descriptions, brand materials, or other content you submit through the intake form remains your property. We use this content solely for the purpose of generating your deliverables and do not share it with third parties, except as required to operate the Service (e.g., processing through AI models).
6. AI-Generated Content
All content produced by PageForge is generated using artificial intelligence, including large language models and automated design systems. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI outputs require review. While our system uses proven copywriting frameworks and quality checks, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outputs that do not perfectly reflect your business. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or deploying it to live audiences.
- No guarantee of specific results. Conversion rates, engagement metrics, and business outcomes depend on many factors beyond the generated content, including your offer, market, audience, and execution. We do not guarantee specific performance metrics.
- Content uniqueness. AI models may produce similar outputs for businesses with similar descriptions. While our system incorporates your specific business details, we cannot guarantee that generated content will be entirely unique across all customers.
- Compliance responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that generated content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your jurisdiction, including advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and data privacy regulations.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful
- Create deceptive marketing materials or content that violates advertising standards
- Impersonate another person or business
- Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content through generated assets
- Resell or white-label the Service itself (selling generated outputs to your clients is permitted)
- Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service infrastructure
- Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. SMS & Text Message Communications
When PageForge deploys systems to your GoHighLevel account that include SMS automation (such as appointment reminders, follow-up sequences, or marketing messages), you are the sender of those messages. PageForge provides the infrastructure and configuration, but does not send text messages on your behalf — your GHL account sends them under your business identity and phone number.
Your Responsibilities
As the sender, you are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining proper consent from your end users and customers before sending any SMS or text messages
- Complying with all applicable messaging regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), A2P 10DLC registration requirements, CAN-SPAM Act, and any state or international messaging laws
- Including proper opt-in language at all points of collection (forms, checkout pages, lead magnets, etc.)
- Honoring STOP and opt-out requests immediately — failure to do so may violate federal law
- Maintaining records of consent including how, when, and where consent was obtained
- Registering your A2P 10DLC campaign through your messaging provider as required by carriers
Required Opt-In Disclosures
Any form or point of collection where you gather phone numbers for SMS must include the following disclosures (or substantially similar language):
- Clear consent statement that the user agrees to receive automated text messages
- Message frequency disclosure (e.g., "You may receive up to X messages per month")
- "Message and data rates may apply"
- Opt-out instructions (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe")
- A link to your privacy policy
SMS consent cannot be a required condition of purchase. You must not require customers to opt in to text messages in order to complete a transaction.
Liability
PageForge is not liable for any messaging violations, carrier fines, regulatory penalties, or legal claims arising from your use of SMS features deployed to your GHL account. You agree to indemnify and hold PageForge harmless from any claims related to your messaging practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- PageForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PageForge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of GoHighLevel or any other third-party platform to which assets are deployed.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
10. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is detailed on a separate page. Please review our Refund Policy for complete information on eligibility, timelines, and procedures for requesting a refund.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our refund policy.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
- For material changes, we will provide notice via email to registered users or through a prominent notice on the Service
- Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service. Purchases completed before a terms change remain subject to the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. GDPR & International Users
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar data protection laws apply, the following additional terms apply to your use of the Service:
Legal Bases for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance — processing necessary to deliver the Service you purchased (generating assets, deploying to your GHL account, providing support)
- Legitimate interest — processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving the Service, preventing fraud, and communicating service updates
- Consent — where you have opted in to receive marketing communications or where required by applicable law
Your Rights Under GDPR
If GDPR applies to you, you have additional rights as described in our Privacy Policy, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data.
