1. Information We Collect

Intake Form Data. When you use PageForge, you submit business information through our intake form. This includes:

  • Business name and description
  • Target audience and market details
  • Offer details (services, pricing, positioning)
  • Brand preferences and tone of voice
  • Competitor or reference information you choose to provide

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect:

  • Name and email address
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
  • GoHighLevel account credentials or API keys for deployment

Usage Data. We automatically collect:

  • Pages viewed and features used within PageForge
  • Build history (which systems were generated and when)
  • Device type, browser, and general location (country/region)
  • Error logs and performance data to maintain service quality

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate your system. Your intake data is processed by our AI pipeline to create funnels, emails, CRM workflows, and brand identity tailored to your business.
  • Deploy to your account. Generated assets are deployed directly to your GoHighLevel account via API.
  • Improve our service. Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns help us improve generation quality, identify common issues, and build better templates.
  • Communicate with you. We send build status updates, revision requests, and essential service notifications. We will not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
  • Process payments. Account and billing data is used to manage your subscription and process payments through Stripe.

3. SMS & Text Message Communications

PageForge and its deployed GoHighLevel (GHL) systems may send SMS/text messages in connection with the services we provide. SMS communications may include:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Order confirmations and delivery notifications
  • Account notifications and security alerts
  • Marketing and promotional messages (only with your express written consent)

Consent. By opting in to SMS communications, you provide express written consent to receive text messages from PageForge and/or its deployed systems under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC regulations. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any PageForge service.

Opt-out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at hello@pageforge.tech.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies by campaign and notification type. Marketing messages will not exceed 4 per month unless you have otherwise agreed to a different frequency.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Consult your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

No sharing. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. AI Processing

PageForge uses artificial intelligence to generate business infrastructure from your intake data. Here is how that works:

  • What gets processed. Your intake form data (business description, audience, offer details) is sent to AI language models to generate copy, design specifications, email sequences, and workflow logic.
  • Which models. We use models from OpenAI and Anthropic for different stages of generation (copy creation, refinement, and review).
  • Your data is not used for training. We use API-level access to AI providers, which means your intake data is not used to train or improve their foundation models. Your business information remains your business information.
  • Human review. Generated outputs may be reviewed by our team for quality assurance before deployment. This review is covered by our confidentiality obligations to you.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of service providers, each necessary to deliver PageForge:

  • GoHighLevel. Generated funnels, emails, workflows, and CRM configurations are deployed to your GHL account. Once deployed, that data is governed by GHL's own privacy policy.
  • Stripe. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We transmit your billing details to Stripe; we do not store your full card number. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • AI Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic). Intake data is sent to AI providers via their APIs for generation. These providers process data under their enterprise API terms, which prohibit using API data for model training.
  • Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, and security services. Cloudflare may process request metadata (IP addresses, headers) under their privacy policy.
  • Analytics providers. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how our site is used. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PageForge, our users, or the public.

6. Data Retention

  • Intake data is retained for the duration of your revision window (typically 30 days after delivery) plus an additional 90 days, after which it is deleted from our active systems.
  • Generated outputs (funnels, emails, workflows, copy) belong to you. Once deployed to your GHL account, you have full ownership and control. We retain copies during the revision window for support purposes.
  • Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).
  • Usage and analytics data is retained in anonymized, aggregated form and is not linked back to individual users after 12 months.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access. Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction. Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion. Request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Data portability. Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
  • Object to processing. Object to processing of your data for certain purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@pageforge.tech. We will respond within 30 days.

8. For Users in the European Economic Area (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This section explains our legal basis for processing and your supplementary rights.

Legal basis for processing. We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Contract performance. Processing necessary to deliver your PageForge build, deploy assets to your account, and provide ongoing support during your revision window.
  • Legitimate interest. Processing necessary to improve our service, maintain security, prevent fraud, and analyze aggregated usage patterns. We balance these interests against your rights and freedoms.
  • Consent. Processing based on your explicit opt-in for marketing communications, non-essential cookies, and SMS messages. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

International data transfers. Your data may be processed in the United States, where PageForge and its infrastructure providers operate. When transferring data outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms, to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Right to lodge a complaint. If you believe our processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. A list of EEA data protection authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu.

Data Protection contact. For GDPR-specific inquiries, data subject requests, or questions about international transfers, contact us at hello@pageforge.tech.

9. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal cookies and tracking:

  • Essential cookies. Required for authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand page views and general usage patterns. No cross-site tracking. No advertising cookies.
  • No third-party ad trackers. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tags, or any advertising network trackers on our site.

For detailed information about our cookie usage, see our Cookie Policy.

10. Security Measures

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) for all data transmission
  • Encryption at rest for stored personal data and intake submissions
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
  • Regular security reviews of our infrastructure and third-party integrations
  • Secure API key management for GHL and AI provider integrations

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Our service is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@pageforge.tech and we will promptly delete it.
