Cookie Policy
Last updated: March 2026
PageForge ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered business infrastructure builder. This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website and use our services. We believe in minimal, transparent data collection — we do not use invasive tracking or advertising cookies.

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit them. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to site owners.
Cookies can be "first-party" (set by the website you are visiting) or "third-party" (set by a service embedded in the website, such as a payment processor). They can also be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them).
2. Cookies We Use
PageForge uses a minimal set of cookies. We categorize them as follows:
| Category | Purpose | Examples | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Required for the site to function. These handle authentication, session management, and CSRF protection. Without them, you cannot log in or use core features. | Session ID, CSRF token, authentication state | Always Active |
| Analytics | Help us understand how visitors use PageForge so we can improve the experience. We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics — no cross-site tracking, no personal profiling. | Page views, general usage patterns, anonymized visitor counts | Optional |
| Functional | Remember your preferences and choices to provide a more personalized experience. These are not required but improve usability. | Theme preference (dark/light), form state, dismissed notices | Optional |
| Advertising | We do not use advertising, retargeting, or behavioral tracking cookies. No Facebook Pixel. No Google Ads tags. No ad network trackers. | None | Not Used |
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some third-party services we integrate with may set their own cookies when you interact with their features on our site:
- Stripe. Our payment processor may set cookies when you interact with payment forms (checkout, subscription management). These are essential for secure payment processing and fraud prevention. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- GoHighLevel. When we deploy generated assets to your GHL account, their platform may set cookies related to authentication and session management. See GoHighLevel's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts. We load typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may collect basic request data (IP address, user agent) when fonts are loaded. No tracking cookies are set by Google Fonts, but request metadata is processed under Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not control the cookies set by third-party services. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies for details on their cookie practices.
4. Cookie Duration
Cookies we use fall into two categories by lifespan:
- Session cookies. These are temporary and are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Examples include CSRF tokens and temporary form state. Typical duration: until browser close.
- Persistent cookies. These remain on your device for a defined period or until you manually delete them. Examples include authentication tokens and theme preferences. Typical durations:
- Authentication tokens: up to 30 days
- Theme and UI preferences: up to 1 year
- Analytics identifiers: up to 12 months
We set cookie expiration periods to the shortest duration practical for each purpose. We do not use indefinite cookies.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control and manage cookies in several ways:
- Browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings or preferences panel. You can typically find these under "Privacy," "Security," or "Cookies" in your browser's settings menu.
- Selective blocking. You can configure your browser to block third-party cookies while still allowing first-party cookies, or block all cookies from specific domains.
- Clear on exit. Most browsers offer the option to automatically clear cookies when you close the browser window.
Please note: If you disable or delete essential cookies, some parts of PageForge may not function correctly. You may be unable to log in, your session may not persist between pages, and security features like CSRF protection may be affected. Non-essential cookies (analytics, functional) can be disabled without affecting core functionality.

6. GDPR & Cookie Consent
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, the following applies:
- Consent before non-essential cookies. We obtain your consent before setting any non-essential cookies (analytics, functional). Essential cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to operate do not require consent under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.
- Right to accept or reject. You have the right to accept or reject non-essential cookies when prompted. You can change your preference at any time.
- Granular control. You may accept some categories of non-essential cookies while rejecting others.
- Withdrawal of consent. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clearing your cookies through your browser settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew consent.
Our legal basis for using essential cookies is "legitimate interest" (the site cannot function without them). Our legal basis for analytics and functional cookies is your "consent."
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify active users via email for significant changes affecting cookie usage
- Re-request cookie consent where required if we add new categories of non-essential cookies
We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies.
